Day 61: Friday, May 9th 2014


       - Power Clean Max. Rep
       - Deadlift Max. Rep
       - Bench Press Max. Rep
       - Back Squat Max. Rep

Last Friday we did the Crossfit Football Total in class, key point in the program as I set some new max reps weight that I will use from now until the end of the program. Here there are my numbers and my total score:

I got a very weak back squat, and for some reason I didn't reach my max rep for Bench Press (I was 5lb under) and neither I reached my max rep for Clean, which is 155lb.

I also have to mention that I broke the 300lb barrier for the very first time in my life!! My deadlift was a big success as I went 35lb up from my old max!!
