STRENGTH:3 sets of 3 reps of Squats

Met-Con WOD:
15 Minute Ladder AMRAP
At 5:00 and 10:00 you must stop what you are doing and run an inner loop lap

Recomended weight 95lb M/55lb W
1 Deadlift
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
2 Deadlifts
2 Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
3 Deadlifts
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
and so forth until the time limit is up!

Wall Walks or Handstand Push Ups or Handstand Holds
Heavy Ass Farmer’s Carry length of inner hallway and back

Wednesdays is almost officially my worst day for working out. I carry the stiffness and shores in my legs from both Monday and Tuesdays crossfit sessions + track 'n' field practise + badminton + soccer.

I still love feeling like shit after a hard workout, whether it is about endless 1000m intervals in the track (which I miss a lot) or about AMRAPs in the weight room. It is like a god damn drug.

I remember what happened yesterday so I chose to do the strength part of the class before the workout. 3 sets of 3 reps of Front Squats at 115lb, 120lb and 125lb - last semester I focused on back squats so it is time to work on front squats. Once I was done with the strength part I completed up to 9 full round, 10 deadlifts and 5 cleans using 90lb and trying to run fast every 5min to break my heart-rate.
