3 sets of 5 Cleans @ 75%, 80% and 85% of your Training Max

Met-Con WOD:Modified “Chief”:

     5 rounds of the following:

     3 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of the following:
             3 Power Cleans @ 60% of your Clean
             6 Push Ups
             9 Air Squats
      1 minute rest between rounds

I am realizing the importance of some muscles in my body because of the way they hurt when I do the simplest movement!! Yesterdays workout was tough and today I felt very stiff.

I cleaned 110lb, 115lb and 125lb for the strength part of the period.
Then I started with the workout (a lot of workout, sweat and pain in a little paragraph):
Using 95lb for Cleans, I got 5,3,5,4,5 rounds during those 3min AMRAP sets. 

Soccer after school and stiffness for a week!
