- 3 sets of 8 reps Pendlay Row. Heavier each set.

Here we are back in the gym after the March Break. I didn't go to the gym for the whole week but I enjoyed going for a run 6 out of 9 days. I missed my dairy workout tho.
For Bench Press I used 105lb, 115lb and 120lb.
For Pendlay Row I used 95lb, 105lb and 110lb.
The workout looked harder than it was. It was pretty ok untill Brendan couldn't do his toes-to-bar reps and I did 45 out of 50. The workout turned killer once we started doing Wall Balls, followed by those endless 25 Burpees and ending up with 25 double unders.
After all this workout I had badminton practices and a "nice" 30min walk home in shorts. Lets see how my legs wake up tomorrow.
