Day 13: February Thursday 20th, 2014.

We are working on form in these sets. Keep weight low and concentrate on all of our cues:
3 sets of 8 reps of Front Squats

Met-Con WOD:
25 KB Swings
20 Front Squats 95/55
20 Box Jumps
15 Power Cleans 95/55
15 Box Jumps
10 Squat Cleans 95/55
10 Box Jumps
25 KB Swings

20 OHS with PVC
15 OHS with 45/35/15

Today it was day 1 so I had strength firs period. I started working out even earlier because I had a math text from the University of Waterloo right after strength.

I started using light weight for the strength part again--> 65lb, 75lb and 95lb.

Today it was not a very hard workout compared to the last three day's workouts. I used the weights suggested - 95lb- for Front Squats, Power Cleans and Squat Cleans.

I had no problems doing 20 OHS qith the PVC bar. It was a shame I runned out of time so I couldn't do the last 15 OHS with the 45lb barbell.
