I woke up this morning and I could feel every single muscle of my legs and my low back shore when I was going upstairs. However, I ended up working out at my usual beast-pace ;)
I started to warm up stretching my legs for a while and then I did the Strict Shoulder Press reps of the Strength part of the workout, for which I used 85lb, 90lb an 95lb! (reached my max rep in the last rep!)
After that I started the workout, workout that I finished pretty fast after a couple minutes of sweat and pain: 10min 20s
I have never lifted an Atlas Stone before. Such a weird exercise! I was exhausted from the WOD so I used the 75lb Atlas Stone. I got easier each rep as I got the proper form of the lifting.
Track'n'Field practice after school where I almost land out of the mad doing Pole Vault. My legs were totally done from this morning workout!
Day off tomorrow and KINSMEN Track'n'Field meeting in Brockville on Saturday!
