STRENGTH:

This morning I felt a little bit sore from yesterdays workout, those 20 Thrusters killed me badly..
I started doing the 3x3 of Front Squats using 125lb, 130lb and 145lb.
At the beginning I though about doing the Strict Shoulder Press reps after the workout, but once I was done with the workout I forgot about them.
Todays workout was hard; not too hard tho. There was no chalk so the bar was way too slippery when doing Pull-ups. These are my numbers for todays workout:
1st set --> 3 rounds of the AMRAP + 17 Clean and Jerk using 95lb.
2nd set --> 3 rounds of AMRAP + 10 Clean and Jerk using 115lb.
At the end of the school track practise. Looking forward my Track'n'Field meeting in Kingston tomorrow!
