People was saying today's workout was hard - people always say that so I wasn't sure if it was going to be that bad or not. When I saw the workout posted on the board by the door of the weight room I knew today it really was going to be tough.
I warmed up doing the cleans for the Strength using 115lb, 120lb and 125lb.
Then I started to rock 21 thrusters using 75lb for the workout.
I survived through the workout dividing each set of thrusters in smaller sets, so for the first set of 21 I did 3 sets of 7 reps, 3 sets of 6 for the next 18, 3 sets of 5 for the 16 reps and so on. The workout was very hard but it got surprisingly easier each set once you reached the round of 12 reps.
I took me a total of 21min using 75lb and stiffness for a week.
