No more martial-arts today.
After three days out of the gym it was being time to get some workout done!
Today was one of those days in which you fear the workout as soon as your read it on the paper in the board beside the door of the strength room.
I got 2 rounds in each set of AMRAP using 75lb for Jerks. A lot of sweat and pain but no tears.
I chose to do the workout first - bad choice - so I tried to do the strength part after the workout. I say tried cause I could only do 3 reps at 80% and 85% and 1 rep at 90% of my Clean max.. I didn't even try to do Bench Press, there was no way that was going to happen.
Soccer practice after school. My bed is looking at me with lustful eyes.
